@Ariel: I would like to take credit for the stroke of genius but it's just a product of my natural language :). It does feel right though :D

lol, it's awesome how you refer to people's true nature as "awesomeness," Jarrod. In fact, that's precisely what it is. Plus it has less emotional baggage than something like "God" and is awesomer than a more neutral word like "being."

@Jennifer: Thanks for pulling out some key lines. It is very useful to see what sections people are getting the most out of.

@Tom: Feeling the experience has to come before deep thinking, otherwise a post without basis would be wasting everyones time :). It is all good, indeed you are right on the money.

It reminds me of a line way have in consulting at the start of our retrospectives. That no matter what happened and what the outcome was everybody did they best they could with what they knew at the time.

Thanks Tom!

You can think pretty deeply can't you? It's all good. We're all good and trying to do the best we can. This makes a beautiful point for forgiveness.

Jarrod, thanks for the link love and for further explaining what you meant by how awesomeness is found within (or underneath) evil. Makes total sense. I agree wholeheartedly with these statements:

"What I am getting at here is that no matter how evil a persons actions are they are still a human being."

"We are absolutely responsible for our actions, thoughts and emotions. But everyone is awesome behind these and that is something we should all remember."

A wise and controlled person with high self esteem is always able to see this - people for who they are at the core. It is such a beautiful thing to see people for who God intended them to be underneath any thought, emotion, or evil that one may present.

Excellent thoughts here Jarrod. Off to stumble...
